At Menorah Plaza, our focus is on fostering independence and vitality. We proudly offer a range of personal and home care services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our residents. Whether through private payment plans or government programs like Elderly Waiver (EW) and Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals (CADI), we ensure that eligible individuals receive the support they need to thrive.

Senior & Family Living

Our community includes 154 thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartments, including the 12-person specialized memory care units, each crafted to provide comfort and convenience. Safety is paramount, with controlled entry systems to offer peace of mind. Residents can socialize and relax in our welcoming community room, equipped with a television and meeting area.

For outdoor enthusiasts, our patio and walking paths offer tranquil spaces for exercise, complemented by a robust schedule of exercise classes available twice weekly. Indoors, residents can stimulate their minds with engaging puzzles and games, fostering cognitive vitality and social interaction. Additional amenities include a Mini-Store for daily essentials, dining program, and early access to public transportation.

Supportive Health Care Services

Menorah Plaza features 40 dedicated apartments which meet ADA requirements and focus on supportive health care services. All tenants of Menorah Plaza may choose to avail themselves of Sholom’s Home Healthcare service package, including assistance from our Home Health Aides and Nurse Coordinators, along with light housekeeping support. We are dedicated to ensuring that comprehensive care is available 24/7 for all program participants.
